Also, I&#39;m the cottage cheese in my guacamole girl and I have to tell you that I&#39;ve never measured before (since avocados vary so much in size). I would say if you use about three to four avocados that you should start with two Heaping spoon fulls of cottage cheese, add lemon or lime juice and don&#39;t forget the garlic salt. It is imperative. Then I just taste as I go until it is delicious.
