Is she feeling better today? My kids have had this sickness so much in the past year or so that I feel like I've become a pro. Towels line the couch or their beds, wherever they're going to lay, because towels are so much easier to wash than bedding. A bowl is VERY close at hand (though I will admit my kids couldn't do the bowl on their own 'til about 3 1/2). They can have a waterbottle and that's it, no food (even when they're bawling about how hungry they are. It feels so mean but it has to be done) for 12 hours from the first throw-up, and popsicles, popsicles, popsicles. Or maybe in your case, snow?
