I have recently been brain-washing Emily Foley into watching back seasons of Project Runway. She just finished watching Season 2 (the best season). And I was more than happy to give her my recommendations for other back-seasons to watch. So here's my break-down.
Okay, so I hate to say this, but talent is great and everything, but to make a successful reality TV show you also need strong personalities. Not necessarily drama, although I do love TV drama, but you can't have boring people on a television show.
The last season of Project Runway was a snooze. It turns out that talented designers can sure be boring. So here are my recommendations for the very best seasons to watch...
Season 1 - Yes, the season that started it all.
Season 2 - The BEST Season ever.
Season 4 - A really good one. This Season introduced the world to the phrase "Hot Tranny Mess". The person who should have won...did win. A great season with talent and strong personalities.

I don't have a fav season because I am not That loyal of a watcher, but I just Love to see what these creative geniuses come up with by the end of the show.
Season 4 was my total favorite. Hot Israeli eye candy. Loved the winner and agreed he was the best, and very entertaining.

Okay so riddle me this. On Thursday's episode they almost sent Anthony home for disguising his material (duct tape) and making it too soft and pretty. Then the winner wins because he disguised his material (garbage bags) and made it look nice. What? Then there's the weird space-age suit metal dress that gets a pass from the guy with 2 names that I can't remember, and the other guy with the space-age suit metal-dress gets sent home. I don't think the judges have any clue what they're talking about. Or if they do, they don't recognize that they contradict themselves about 14 times each episode.
