Oh, the Places You'll Go!

Can I tell you what this West Coast girl absolutely loves the most about East Coast living?
We're close.
Close to what you ask?
Everything.

Yes, perched in our cozy townhouse in South Eastern, PA we are close to heaps of amazing places.

Lancaster, PA - 20 minutes
Hershey, PA - 20 minutes
Philadelphia, PA - 1 hour 15 minutes
Harrisburg, PA - 30 minutes
Baltimore, MD - 1 hour 20 minutes
Washington D.C. - 2 hours 30 minutes
Atlantic City, NJ - 2 hours 30 minutes
New York City, NY - 3 hours

See?
We live in a charmed location!

And this afternoon we are packing up the car and heading out to Washington D.C. to visit our good friends Bryan and Chelsey. I haven't been to DC since I was 13 years old so I am very excited!

Have a great weekend!

I loved that about the east coast too. Especially as a history buff, and shopping addict.

You forgot Pittsburgh maybe three hours. You need to take your girls to the Pittsburgh zoo. Best zoo in the country and I have lived all over!

Hey, you'll only 4 hours from where we grew up while in D.C.! You should totally hit it up.

We miss that part of East Coast living as well...although it seems like you guys are a little more in the thick of things than we were in Pittsburgh.

It is one of my favorite things too. Lots of little trips and mini weekends and exploring, but all this comes second to the amazing fall colors and perfection of the four seasons.

I'm envious!!! I have only traveled to the east coast a couple times - I don't know what it's like to be able to hop in the car to drive to a different town for just a little while - unless you consider Wasilla (yes the home of Sarah Palin) or another small suburb of Anchorage ... or if I take 5 1/2 hours to get "home" to Valdez ... YOU GO!!! get out there!! enjoy it!!! and share pics too ;-)
