I saw this project today on the Marth Stewart CRAFT'S DEPARTMENT blog, along with the following detailed, step-by-step instructions.

(Attach some dinosaurs with a hot glue gun and you’ve got quite a pair of party glasses. )

I think it's official...
they're out of ideas.
