The overall axperience was disappointing. My friend was wonderful and so were most of the scrappers. But I always feel sad when women feel like a "girl's trip" must include bawdy talk. It seems like their need for attention outweighs common sense, manners and even the comfort of those around them. This industry has such potential to be one where women uplift, support and inspire eachother. But some women choose to make it a Sorority filled with gossip, back biting and degrading conversation.
So there's the truth. Like it or not.

And here is a picture of some scrappers I truly enjoyed. They attended this crop to scrap, spend positive time together and share a common passion. The very best reasons to attend a crop. I enjoyed my time with them immensly. Thanks "Lofties"!

I'm so jealous! Looks like fun! You are so good at photography too! I keep forgetting to tell you that!
I can't wait for my crop-retreat with my family this summer!
OMGoodness this looks like such good times! I have always wanted to do something like this! xoxo
Love ya,
K
doh! big bummer.
too bad you had to remove your original pictures- did one of the sorority girls have a fit because he hair was messed up?
hi-LARIOUS. i swear you are the funniest person i know.
I so understand why things like this upset you at events and can bring you down but sometimes the only answer is to pray for those that have caused this problem!
In the end the prayers for them may end up blessing you or them but in the end you will at least know that your father has heard you and already knows the needs and is working on an answer.
Next time take a cd player with some christian music to play lightly in the background sometimes that helps too!
Been there done that! Bless you and have a great day
I love the pic. of the sky. When I see something as beautiful as that sky I always close my eyes and tell myself that I will never forget it. Sadly I cannot even think of one of those sunsets or skies. You'll be glad that you have it on film.
